We use creativity as a tool for empowerment. Here, creativity is your innate expressions at the core of who you are. It is part of our human nature — everyone has it, in their own way.

Why creativity?

Practicing creativity helps you access inner clarity, energy, and direction. Unfolding your own colours is about aligning more deeply with yourself, and from there experiencing greater peace, confidence, and agency.

What we cover during the course

Over 8 weeks of live group sessions, personal coaching, and community support, you’ll explore vision, values, skills, uncertainty, shame, and fear — and be supported to lead and sustain what you envision in real life.

This course is part of a greater mission

This course is part of a greater mission to create a more sustainable society. At Colours of Being (non-profit), we do this by creating space for you to empower yourself and unfold your creative potential — because when energy flows where it’s meant to, burnout fades and abundance becomes possible.

  • You like parts of your life, AND sense there’s room for more autonomy, creativity, or something that feels genuinely yours — without needing to burn everything down.
  • You’re curious about what truly lights you up — a side project, creative expression, a new direction, or simply more space for joy — and want practical clarity on how that could take shape in real life.
  • You’ve tried starting something before, but it fizzled out. You want to understand why — and learn how to create momentum that feels natural and sustainable, not forced.
  • You’re looking for a grounded, flexible growth process that uses creativity as a tool — not just to imagine possibilities, but to translate them into lived experience.
  • You feel the pull toward your next chapter and want a clear, kind, and empowering path to explore it.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m going through a difficult time right now. Is this the right time to take the course?

This is a thoughtful question that deserves a personal conversation. While many find this work supportive during transitions or challenging periods, there are times when a different kind of support might be beneficial first or alongside this work. Schedule a brief call with us to discuss your specific situation and determine together whether this is the right timing for you.

I’m worried about sharing in a group setting. How much disclosure is expected?

You always retain complete sovereignty over what and how much you share. While connection with others can deepen the experience, all sharing is invitation-based, never required. Many exercises offer options for private reflection or paired conversations, and the whole course is a container of strict confidentiality and non-judgment (we perform a pledge in the beginning).

What if I start the course and feel it’s not right for me?

We encourage open communication throughout the journey. If you’re feeling uncertain about the fit, we welcome a conversation to see how we might adjust the approach to better serve you.

I’m not very artistic/creative. Is this course still for me?

Absolutely! The “colours” we explore are metaphorical, representing different aspects of your being. While we may use some creative exercises, no artistic skill or experience is required. This course is about self-discovery, not artistic production. Besides, we believe everyone is creative.

How is this different from other personal discovery programs?

The Colours Of Being Course is unique in its integration of multiple disciplines: psychological understanding, philosophical inquiry, and learnings from physics that can teach us about reality. Rather than focusing solely on mindset or behaviour, we create a holistic container for discovery that honours your full complexity as a human being. All practices are oriented to serve your empowerment and resilience as the messy, magnificent human being you are.

Is this course spiritual in nature?

The course honours the spiritual dimension of human experience without adhering to any specific traditions. Participants from diverse spiritual backgrounds, as well as those who don’t identify as spiritual, can find the content accessible and valuable. We create a space where each person can engage with the material through their own meaning-making lens.

Do I need any previous personal development experience?

No prior experience is necessary. The course is designed to meet you exactly where you are. If you’re new to personal development, you’ll find a supportive entry point. If you’ve done extensive work already, the unique approach will offer fresh perspectives and deeper integration. Either way, anywhere you are, we are on this journey together and discover what works on the way.

What materials do I need for the course?

You need a pen and notebook and a device that runs Zoom (preferably a laptop).

Will there be 1:1 support available?

If you wish to receive additional 1:1 support as an add-on to the 45-minute coaching call that is included in the course investment, feel free to reach out to us. Course participants receive a special rate for extra support coaching throughout the course.
